Power, precision and singularity are the best words to describe this wine.
It is house style as much as vintage, in fact the Dom house style is entirely unique. It has a spongy character; notes of oyster shells, herbs, fleur de sel, crunchy white fruits and lime, curry leaf and bitter almond. The palate is also completely distinct, mineral focus, tiny persistent bead and focus.
An outstanding and elegant Champagne with a pedigree to match.
